1. Scan the post
Open the giveaway post or reel, press Scan comments and wait until it is done. Replies are scanned with Pro. Details: how to export Instagram comments.
2. Set the rules
Open the Giveaway tool: one entry per person, a keyword, a minimum number of tagged friends, people or words to exclude, how many winners and backups. Instagram gives the time of each comment, so you can set the date range you announced.
3. Draw and keep the record
Press Draw. The winners are picked at random on your computer and shown ranked, with backups. A winner’s name opens their Instagram profile so you can check the follow. Save the record as PDF, Excel or JSON: the giveaway record.
Good to know
- Instagram does not tell an extension who follows an account, so check the follow yourself from the winner’s profile.
