CommentCrateTerms of Use
1. The service
CommentCrate is a browser extension that lets you export the comments of an Instagram post that you have open in your own browser. These terms apply to the extension and to this website.
2. Your responsibilities
- You use CommentCrate on content you are allowed to view, and for lawful purposes.
- You are responsible for complying with Instagram's terms and policies. Automated collection can be restricted by Instagram, and using it may put your account at risk, including limits or suspension. You use the extension at your own risk.
- Exported comments belong to their authors and may contain personal data. You are responsible for storing, using and sharing them lawfully (for example under GDPR or KVKK), and you must not use them to harass, profile or target individuals.
3. No affiliation
CommentCrate is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Instagram is a trademark of its owner.
4. Availability and accuracy
Instagram changes its pages often, so the extension may stop working or miss comments (including hidden or filtered ones) without notice. We do not guarantee that an export is complete.
5. Paid plans
The Pro plan costs $5 per month or $39 per year (list prices). The exact price, any limited-time offer and its end date, the billing period, renewal and cancellation terms are shown at checkout before you pay. There is no lifetime plan. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: it sells the Pro plan to you, charges you, collects the applicable taxes and handles payment data and receipts. Its own terms apply to the purchase in addition to these terms.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of data, or for actions Instagram takes against your account.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you live, including your right to bring a claim in the courts there where the law gives you that right. Otherwise, the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
