14-day refund
If you buy a CommentCrate Pro plan (monthly or yearly), you can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of that payment. Write to support@commentcrate.com from the email address you used at purchase and include your order number or receipt. We do not ask for a reason.
Renewals
The 14-day refund applies to the first payment of a plan. A renewal payment is not refunded, so cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to continue.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account returns to the Free plan. To cancel, use the link in your purchase email or write to support@commentcrate.com and we will cancel it for you.
After a refund
When a payment is refunded, the license is deactivated and the extension returns to the Free plan (100 comments per post, CSV and XLSX).
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
